The story goes back to 1999 when I made a long journey by land from Istanbul to Kathmandu during 6 months. Halfway of the trip, in Quetta (Pakistan), I sent several exposed film rolls via a local courier to Barcelona that never reached their destination, they were lost. I always stay doubt and sorrow of those lost scrolls.

14 years later I make the same trip but on reverse direction (from India to Turkey) and I shoot what I see around me with the feeling and thinking on that lost rolls 14 years earlier. The result is The Passenger Lost Photos.
